LingoFun Learn Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms & Parties

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the LingoFunLearn mobile application or related web services at https://lingofunlearn.com, you enter into a binding agreement with Md Humayun Kabir ("Publisher & Author"). Apple App Store distribution (`com.antigravity.lingoFun`) is operated by Md Humayun Kabir; Google Play Store distribution (`com.antigravity.lingo_fun`) is operated via Walletmix Limited ("Store Distributor"). You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Subscription Terms, and our Privacy Policy.

If you are a parent or legal guardian registering or subscribing on behalf of a minor, you agree to these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for supervising their use of the platform.

2. Educational Purpose & Catalog Scope

LingoFunLearn provides structured educational content across five defined curriculum pillars:

• School Learning (Primary & Secondary SSC/HSC): Primary Grades 1–5 (Mathematics, Science, Analytical Skills) and Secondary SSC & HSC 2026/2027 Bangla curriculum modules (160 authored chapters across Science, Mathematics, ICT, Humanities, and Business Studies). All SSC/HSC curriculum modules are independent digital educational materials currently labeled as Pending Independent Teacher Review and do not claim official endorsement or affiliation with the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) or any specific educational institution.
• Language Learning: A structured 20-unit Bangla-to-English pathway spanning CEFR A1 through C2 levels alongside global language tracks (Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi) with grammar rules, sentence construction, and pronunciation exercises.
• Qur'an & Islamic Knowledge: An Arabic text reader with authentic Bangla translation across all 114 Surahs, verified CC0 audio recitation, Hadith, Dua, and Salah learning modules.
• Bangladesh Exam & Career Prep: Bar Council and MBBS curriculum packages (v1.0.0), alongside dynamic practice modules for BCS (BPSC pattern), Bangladesh Judicial Service (BJSC), Medical Admission (DGME pattern), and Driving License (BRTA competency framework).
• Global Exams & Certifications: Diagnostic practice pilots (IELTS Academic, GRE General, CISA, CISM) and syllabus outlines across English proficiency, admissions, cybersecurity, and cloud certifications.

3. Digital Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Terms

LingoFunLearn provides both free foundational features and auto-renewable LingoFun Premium Family subscriptions:

• Free Foundational Access: The 114-Surah Qur'an reader, starter Bangla-English lessons, and sample school lessons are permanently free ($0 / ৳0).
• Apple App Store & Google Play Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:
  • Premium Family Monthly (premium_family_monthly): $2.99 USD / month (or local App Store / Google Play currency equivalent), billed monthly.
  • Premium Family Annual (premium_family_yearly): $19.99 USD / year (approx. $1.67/month, ~44% savings vs. monthly billing, or local store currency equivalent), billed annually.
• Billing & Automatic Renewal (Apple StoreKit 2 & Google Play): Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
• Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase in your device's Account Settings (on iOS/iPadOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions or via the in-app Manage Subscription button; on Android: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or deleting your LingoFunLearn account does not automatically cancel an active Apple ID or Google Play subscription; you must cancel auto-renewal in your store account settings.
• Direct Web bKash Digital Access (Bangladesh Web Portal Only): Learners on the web in Bangladesh may purchase non-recurring digital activation keys via bKash. Activation keys entitle up to 5 individual learner profiles on shared household devices.
• Full Subscription Terms & Apple Standard EULA: Please review our dedicated Subscription Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. Intellectual Property & Open Content Attributions

The custom software application, question authoring system, lesson structures, dynamic distribution engine, and user interface designs are the intellectual property of publisher Md Humayun Kabir.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the mobile application.
• Use automated scraping bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract questions, curriculum content, or audio assets.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or tamper with our server infrastructure, APIs, or security controls.
• Circumvent or spoof authentication headers, digital licenses, or subscription verification endpoints.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit activation keys.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for absolute accuracy and verify official syllabus outlines, exam formats and government circulars may evolve. LingoFun Learn does not guarantee specific exam outcomes or employment results. The publisher and distributor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

7. Termination & Account Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to online syncing features or revoke activation keys if these Terms of Use are violated. Users may terminate their account at any time via in-app deletion or via our Account Deletion page.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use, their interpretation, and any contractual or non-contractual disputes shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
