Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosures

1. Free Access vs. Premium Family Subscription
LingoFun Learn provides a permanent Free Starter Tier ($0) that includes the complete 114-Surah Qur'an Reader with Uthmani Arabic script, Bangla translations, audio recitations, bookmarks, starter language lessons, and sample school exercises.
Upgrading to LingoFun Premium Family unlocks up to 5 independent learner profiles, full Primary School Learning (Grades 1–4 + Grade 5 Pilot), Secondary School (SSC Class 9–10) and Higher Secondary (HSC Class 11–12) study and practice modules, full Bangla → English A1–C2 fluency tracks, timed exam simulations, AI Bangla Tutor explanations, and the Mistake Retry Bank.

* Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are automatically converted by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store into your local territory currency based on official store price tiers. Exact local pricing is displayed on the in-app purchase sheet prior to confirmation.
3. Apple App Store Auto-Renewal Disclosures (Guideline 3.1.2)
- Payment Confirmation: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Renewal Billing Window: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan ($2.99/month or $19.99/year, or local currency equivalent).
- Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase by going to your device's Settings → [Your Name / Apple ID] → Subscriptions → LingoFunLearn, or via https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- No Mid-Cycle Cancellation Lockout: Cancellation of the current active subscription period takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain full Premium Family access through the paid period, after which your account transitions to the Free Starter tier with all learner progress preserved.
- Trial Periods (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
On iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Name (Apple ID) at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions and select LingoFunLearn.
- Tap Cancel Subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
On Android (Google Play Store)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right → Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions → LingoFun Learn.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Important: Uninstalling the LingoFun Learn app or deleting your LingoFun Learn user profile does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play billing subscription. You must cancel through your store account settings above.
5. Restoring Purchases Across Devices
If you reinstall LingoFun Learn or switch to a new iPhone or iPad signed in with the same Apple ID, open LingoFun Learn, open the Premium Family Paywall or Parent Zone, and tap "Restore Purchases". The app will query StoreKit 2 and our entitlement server to restore your active subscription at no additional charge.
6. Refund Policy
- Apple App Store Purchases: Apple processes all billing and refunds for iOS/iPadOS in-app purchases directly. To request a refund from Apple, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Google Play Purchases: Refund requests may be submitted through Google Play order history or by contacting our support desk with your Google Play Order ID (
GPA.XXXX-...). - Direct Web bKash Purchases (Bangladesh): Web-purchased family keys that have not been redeemed may be refunded within 7 days of purchase via our Support Desk.
7. Governing Agreements & Contact
Use of LingoFun Learn is also governed by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and for iOS users, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). For billing assistance, contact support@lingofunlearn.com.
